Huì miàn, authentic hand pulled flat noodles;

The texture of huì miàn noodles is soft, delicate and chewy, as they are repeatly kneaded during the making process.

The essence of huì miàn lies in its broth. Fresh lamb bones are simmered for several hours to create a rich and flavorful soup base.

Sliced lamb meat on top and with a bit of scallion oil and coriander makes the flavor even richer!

Note:

Our takeaway mealbox is microwave-proof, but the transparent lid is not. When reheating, keep the microwave-safe foil on it, but remove the lid. Caution, it may be hot after reheating!
