The essence of huì miàn lies in its broth. Fresh beef bones are simmered for several hours to create a rich and flavorful soup base.

Noodlesoups for takeaway and delivery orders; the noodles should be drained lukewarm and the soup should be served separately from the noodles.

Our takeaway mealbox is microwave-proof, but the transparent lid is not. When reheating, keep the microwave-safe foil on it, but remove the lid. Caution, it may be hot after reheating!
